I think You know as well as I that The Stones rules. Their influence spreads far and wide throughout garage rock/garage pop/ garage psych like the spindly tentacles of some long forgotten hookah . So, widely regarded is this fact that some of the best Neo-Psych bands came together on this compilation to pay tribute to one of the most influential bands of all time. It is a tongue-in-brain tribute to the grandiosity and pomp of Rock`nRoll, the sort some might find patronizing, but I think it comes from a genuine place of reverence.
