The members of Feel Alright walked scattered over Montreal, Calgary, and Pittsburgh, now are following in the footsteps of garage bands lovers’s rock for the lo-fi generation by producing a swooning album combining garage pop and light psychedelia with a healthy dose of distinctly lo-fi guitar music that despite all its crudeness invariably neglects attitude in favor of classicist harmonization.

So i´m super pleased because i just find a bonus track that is available on a special limited edition of West, the last work by Shjips and as stand alone 7″ single via Thrill Jockey. This is Phonograph, featuring the non-album track “Phonograph” on the A side and a remix of the album track “Looking Out” by Peaking Lights on the B side.
Fresh off their PJ20 Weekend at Alpine valley, Pearl Jam debuted a brand new on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon. Rather than give the traditional 20th anniversary gift, the Seattle legends opted to treat their loyal fans a gift, debuting the track, ‘Olé,’ Thursday night and making the studio version of it available as a free download!

Yuck, in just one year, have won hearts on stage first and then with his debut album, for those have become followers ( like me ), after listening to Yuck’s debut record from earlier this year, it’s hard to imagine the great deal of of bare, sensitive melancholy that lurk beneath the carefree, youthful veneer of Danile Blumberg .
More details about Björk’s new album Biophilia have been gradually coming out including the cover art and the track list , but most importantly there’s new music. Following on from “Crystalline,” “Cosmogony” and “Virus,” we can now bring you a fourth taste of the album. now can got our hands the album’s opening track “Moon.” The spare and stripped down song is not what you’d expect from an album opener, but this is Björk after all. John Wesley Coleman, much like that of his namesake, John Wesley Hardin, comes from a fugitive place of whiskey drinking, depravity and poor hygiene — and that’s no coincidence. Hailing from the bosom of football country, otherwise known as Irving, TX, and comprising one-fifth of Austin’s psych-country outfit the Golden Boys, Coleman is well on his way to becoming a Texas legend.
Really not like country music, but sincerely the sounds made by Holly Golightly and Lawyer Dave aka Holly Golightly & The Brokeoffs reflect some undertones that makes me forget of this remark.
