So, practically in end of year , surely some part of the musical mind is on all posted lists these days , some listen already discs which will release 2014 , but we must not forget amount of albums released this year that yet remain in some corners risking being left there. One of them is the fifth of Kingdom Of The Holy Sun. I had not heard until now . Luckily I did .
KINGDOM OF THE HOLY SUN is the 60’s psych brain child of the Seattle’s dude Guido Anselmi, and he creates his noise ensembles using whatever influences and instruments available from those age. The songs breathe , and I’m tempted to drop comparisons to BJM or Black Angels as much as Neo-Psychedelia current teams though I’m fully aware that the roots are there .
Very enjoyable stuff, and free to download to boot.
Last thing that I want say about this date , is more or less you know what to expect . I hope we will face great surprises . Just want next season be good. As 2013 . Vibes stuck , humming , staying with us for a while , or more .
