Exciting news, pilgrims. New album out by these Nashville dwellers, Natural Child , their second full lenght effort on this year, add it at a 7 inches and their Daytrotter Session from 2012 too.
Not had much time to post since this weekend , I wasted this whole days making room , I had to move a lot of things on my home as I just bought a lot of 1000 vinyls and if you saw the annoying amount of cords of audio systems surely you would understand .
Anyway, I took the opportunity to download and buy some music as well on-line ( only choice on my poor country ) in midst that I grabbed some rock bands which I hadn’t heard it long time ago with vinyl´s magic.
As to great mix of talents called Natural Child, their sound is tighter with each album and keep suprising me with a clever and versatile mix of the old and new.
These guys have mastered the garage rock you so commonly find on wearethelastbeatniks but now they are much more than a reconstituted lo-fi version of garage blues 60´s

Hard Is Heaven is a wonderful collection of songs. spooky to me. It is undoubtedly one of the most eclectic album I’ve heard lately to say the least.
At first I will thought it’d be 50´s Rock´n Roll and then a few minutes later I thought I was listening to Stones guitar and then it went me into Creedence and Eagles´s rambling until it not was able to get out of my head..
You know, there’s something incredibly endearing about Natural Child’s, one garage revival bands with all those 60s and 70s rock and folk and blues records on their influences, with the wisdom that they’ ve figured out how to keep it on their sound, creating a wonderfully eclectic world.
In the last three years, Natural Child has released three EPs , an split and three full length with the promise of a fourth on this year too, simple, catchy tracks, full of vibes that will have you shake your head. steadily, this trio starts with the Rock and rolls it till the end….
By the way, I viewed that some bands have sent me some stuff to listen to and decide about posting , so I hope get to this weekend better of my head .
if you’ve been following the blog surely will understand my sluggish nature on this front.
Anyway I’m pretty happy to be able to have the chance to follow on board and can share a lot of the music I dig with you, although not be so often …
