There’s some great music coming out of Russia. The Karovas Milkshake is one such band.

For those of you that might’ve missed it, this is the second time I´m talking about them, one of many garage rock bands around the world refurbishing old amps , to recreate the sound which still lead us to a trip certainly with the spirit enchanting of the past.

A newest couple of songs under name Freak Out Factory Single came to me through Albert a few days ago, after the four wonderful tracks from Lo-Cow Motion EP recorded in 2010 at Vintage Records with monoaural equipment , that sounds like in an empty corridors of an abandoned house of Yekaterinburg . This time they recorded in their small Kaledoscope Eyes studio with a Fostex Tape Recorder, a good machine of 8 tracks , which allowed them all kinds of analog effects to create the same special multi-faceted world of psychedelic – garage -beat , where 60s are the foundation of inspiration.

It is worth noting that last release are available on bandcamp for the damned amount of two dollars.
