I think I talked about Steven Wilson on a post about Porcupine Tree, a musician who grew up listening to Pink Floyd and dreaming about forming a progressive rock band style of the 70.
Steven Wilson being one of the most prolific and talented rock musicians active today , who beside being the frontman and driving engine for modern progressive rock icons like Porcupine Tree, collaborator on Blackfield , and an on-going project with Mikael Åkerfeldt , the lead singer of the band Opeth , named Storm Corrosion, also working solo and just released the second album named Grace For Drowning, a double-disc affair spanning twelve tracks over more than 80 minutes, embracing a more experimental approach that expands his music into deeper, darker and more psychedelic realms.
Enjoy….
