I know sometimes I talk too much about, ok, but I know too that sometimes very little needs to be said. About this music, is fervent passionate and hypnotic.
Is a fact that Montreal´s Elephant Stone ( through Rishi Dhir ) have done a considerable amount of research into Eastern instruments such as sitar or dilruba driven psych melodic rock since their first effort The Seven Seas, to on their self-titled sophomore album , they dive headfirst into shoegazing walls of jangling guitars and more than enough Hindie-rock worship
The presentation is once again hypnotic and the band seems wear their 60´s influences plainly on their sleeves they always sound comfortable and independent. I liked it the first time around, but this effort is approaching utter brilliance.
