“Makers of High Grade Suites” (SFTRI 611) was their only single, a 7″ record released on the Sympathy for the Record Industry label in 2000.

The songs were recorded at Third Man Studio and produced by White and Muldoon. Those tracks were then mixed at Ghetto Recorders in Detroit. The record itself came with a variety of inserts, such as a sticker for White’s business ‘Third Man Upholstery’, his own business cards, a “fabric” sample of sandpaper, a Muldoon Studio business card and a reproduction of an WE Klomp upholstery tag
A fines de los 90´s , Jack White residia en Detroit , lugar que lo vio emprender proyectos en bandas de corta duracion. que presentaba en el Go Bar del que ya les hable, lugar en el que ademas se desempeñaba como tapicero. Alli fue en donde conocio a Brian Muldoon , quien le enseñaba tapiceria y con el que tambien formo un duo con Muldoon en bateria y White en guitarra y voz .
El duo se llamo The Upholsterers , com no podia ser de otra manera, y solo lanzo un EP de tres temas con el titulo Makers Of High Great Suites, con un tema de Jack White y dos covers . Una joyita…
